Goldstar has reacted continuously by hiring/training aggressively, working with our suppliers and transportation contracts, and investing in deep inventory levels of top sellers. We also have short- and long-term efforts underway to increase communication and transparency in our stock levels and order status through workflow changes and investment in technology. Still, we ask for your patience during this time with our teams and responsiveness as we continue to hire, train and work long hours focused on our service excellence goals.
