Important Update : Shipping Delays at the US Border

Dear Promo Partner,

I wanted to personally provide an update on shipping delays we’re currently experiencing at the US border and reassure you that we’re actively working to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.

As you may know, the recent tariff legislation changes—announced and then delayed by the Trump administration— have led to some temporary congestion and processing delays. While this has impacted Goldstar deliveries, we’re taking proactive steps to minimize any disruptions.

To speed things up, we’ve added more brokers to help with processing and expanded our carrier network to keep shipments moving. At the moment, orders may be delayed by about 2 days, but we’re doing everything we can to reduce that time and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We know delays are frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work through this. Our team is making this a top priority, and we’ll keep you updated as things progress.
